Today was the first day of summer vacation. I was hoping to have lots of help working on my big “To Do” list. Instead the kids all had their own agendas: Brianna studied for a test, Shelby went to a 4 hour seminary council meeting, Davis went to work with Dad, I took Mason to an appointment in Salt Lake then Mason went to Seven Peaks, Britney went to Seven Peaks, Ashten went to a birthday party, Lochlyn and Palmer rode bikes, Jessie (the dog) got a haircut and Shelby and Mom spent two hours at the car dealership picking up her new car (YAY). Tonight Brianna took her Geology test and got 100% (way to go Bri) then Brianna and Britney went to dinner. The little kids and mom went to watch Davis play baseball in Lehi and watched him hit his 3rd homerun this season (great job). Top off the evening with wings and Asphalt pie and it’s another jam packed day and my list is even bigger.

- So it all began on March 21, 1990 when Ralph and I were married in the Manti LDS Temple. Never at that time did I imagine the fairy tale that would unfold - full of happy stories, challenges to overcome and make us stronger and a house full of kids - 8 - which is great! Ralph and I feel so blessed that we are best friends and are humbled by the blessings of our beautiful family - Brianna, Shelby, Davis, Mason, Britney, Lochlyn, Ashten and Palmer!
